An urgent task is the development of new implantation materials with a prolonged medicinal effect for treatment extrapulmonary form tuberculosis. The purpose this investigation was to obtain an material based on mesh polyurethane anti-tuberculosis drug isoniazid, study release isoniazid from polymer, biodegradation such materials, as well analyze cellular reactions their in body experimental animals. According results dynamics structure polyurethane, it shown that little more than 44% released polymer matrix during 389 days study. At same time, first 3 days, shock dose – 18%, which can be important reducing pathological process at location implant. When studying obtained established there redistribution supramolecular structures, type these structures remained unchanged, but size globular particles changed.
